AquaFit Classes


AquaFit is a low-impact, high-benefit workout designed for all fitness levels. Using the natural resistance of water, each session helps build strength, improve cardio fitness, and boost flexibility, without putting strain on your joints.
Whether you're looking to tone up, stay active, support rehabilitation, or add variety to your training, AquaFit offers a challenging full-body workout that’s easy on your body and great for overall wellbeing.
Our classes are upbeat, welcoming, and adaptable, so you can push yourself as much or as little as you like. It’s fitness that feels good. Perfect for anyone wanting to move better, feel stronger, and have fun while doing it.
